Can I access online banking on my tablet or mobile device?

Yes, you can access our online banking services from any device connected to the internet. If you are using an iPhone or Android smart phone, we suggest you download our mobile banking app for the most optimal experience.

If I sign up for eStatements can I still get a paper copy too?

No. Once you sign up for eStatements you will receive an email notification that your statement is available online. If you would like or need a paper copy of your statement you can print your eStatement from your computer to your personal printer. If you request a paper copy from us you will be charged a fee for each statement you request.

What is the cut-off time for conducting a transfer online?

Monday through Friday, the cut-off time for Online Banking is 6 pm.

This means you can conduct your business until 6 pm each of these days for credit on that same day. Transactions conducted after 6 pm on weekdays or on Saturdays and Sundays will be credited on the following business day.

Who should I call if my debit card or ATM card has been lost or stolen?

If you need to report your debit card lost or stolen during regular banking hours call the bank at 320-363-7721.

If you need to report your debit card lost or stolen after regular banking hours or on weekends please call 1-844-202-5333

I am moving and need to change my address. What should I do?

To change your address simply call or stop into one of our Sentry Bank locations to let us know the new address. Once we are notified, we will send a letter to both the old and new address for verification.

Where can I find information about special edition coins?

Go to www.usmint.gov for any and all information, including release dates and other special edition coins released each year.
