Multi-Factor Authentication

Starting Friday, September 23, Sentry Bank digital banking users will require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to establish an authenticated connection on any new device or web browser. To complete the login process, an authentication passcode will be sent via text or phone call to the account holder’s mobile device. Using a separate authentication channel makes it significantly more difficult for an attacker to intercept and disrupt the authentication process, adding an additional layer of security for our digital banking customers.
