Online Banking

Effective Monday, Sept. 14th, you will login using your existing login ID as this will not change. You will then be prompted for your temporary password.

Your temporary password will be your existing user ID, plus the last four of your social security number.

For example, if your login (user) name is JDOE and the last four of your SSN are 1234, then your temporary password is JDOE1234. You will then be prompted to create a new password followed by establishing 3 security questions and answers.

 

Please Note:

Online banking will be inquiry view only beginning at 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, Sept. 10th.

After Monday, Sept. 14th, you may have limited transaction history. However, you will still be able to access your statements (there will be no change to your ability to access statements).

Step-by-step online login 

1. Enter User ID and Temporary Password

Your User ID will be the same as what you have today. Your Temporary Password will be your existing user ID, plus the last four of your social security number. For example, if your login (user) name is JDOE and the last four of your SSN are 1234, then your Temporary Password is JDOE1234.

 

2. Establish a New Password

The system will prompt you to create a new password that you will use going forward.

 

3. Establish Security Questions and Answers

Select a question from each of the three lists of questions and provide answers to each.

 

4. Terms and Conditions

Agree to the terms and conditions presented.

 

5. Verify Email

Verify the email address we have on file is correct. If not, you will want to update.

Mobile Banking

Account access using the existing Sentry Bank mobile app will be unavailable beginning Sept. 10th, at 3:00 p.m. Beginning June 20th, our new app will be available for download (on iOS and Android) with the following enhanced features:

  • Bill Pay
  • Deposit checks directly from your phone
  • Person to Person Payments (P2P)
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Locate your nearest Sentry Bank branch
  • View your recent transaction history
  • Turn your debit card on/off

Bill Pay

Bill Pay will be temporarily unavailable from Friday, Sept. 4th through Monday, Sept. 14th.

Please ensure all bills due by Monday, Sept. 14th are scheduled by Thursday, Sept. 3rd.

All Bill Pay information, including vendors and scheduled payments, will convert with exception of e-bill notices. E-bill notices will need to be setup after Monday, Sept. 14th.

Statements

You will receive a statement as of Sept. 10th in addition to a normal statement. Based on your statement cycle you may receive two statements for September.

For your convenience, account fees (if applicable) will not be accessed for the one-time Sept. 10th statement.

Interest-bearing accounts will receive interest effective Sept. 10th and again Sept. 30th.

Pending ACH payments (i.e, house payment, car payment, payroll, etc.) will post Friday, Sept. 11th.

ATM/Debit Cards

Balance inquiries will be unavailable Thursday, Sept. 10th – Saturday, Sept. 11th, however, purchases and withdrawals will not be impacted.

When does the transition take effect?

Our enhanced banking takes effect starting Monday, September 14th 2020.

Will my online banking username and password change?

No, access to our new software and mobile app is at no-cost.
