COVID-19 Safety Measures

Sentry Bank would like to assure you that we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID–19 (Coronavirus) situation. The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority.
Due to the recent recommendations from local regulatory agencies, Sentry Bank has decided to take the precautionary step to temporarily suspend all non-essential face-to-face lobby services. Effective immediately lobby banking services will be unavailable. However, we will continue to be available by appointment.
All drive-thru services will remain available.
Our St. Stephen branch will be open from 8:30 – 4:30 p.m. via walk-up window, and available for appointment from 8:30-11:00 a.m.
We are confident that taking these appropriate measures will allow us to continue to serve our customers without further interruption.
We will be waiving mobile deposit and telephone transfer fees until further notice to promote safety and convenience for our customers.
Sentry Bank’s technology allows our customers to access their accounts and information 24/7 including:
- Online banking via our website – mysentrybank.com
- Mobile banking, including mobile deposit, via our mobile app – search for the Touchbanking app – app code is SentryBank
- Telephone banking by calling 320-363-8010
- ATMs at all locations, plus access to over 32,000 surcharge ATMs via the Moneypass network (see moneypass.com for locations)
